Facebook Lite Announced

Facebook's been pretty busy recently, having just bought FriendFeed and announcing it will become their testing ground for new features and extras. They launched a real-time search engine in a similar vein to Twitter Search and now they're announcing this, Facebook Lite.
I guess it's their way of competing with Twitter and with the following it already has it's pretty possible. Personally, I don't think it will reach the same level as information sharing and networking Twitter has become great for, but we shall see. Afterall, Facebook is pretty big and it's got to be re-itterated.... it has a LOT of users. Click through to Mashable to find out a few more details as and when they break.
